Situated on Raithu Bazar Road in Bhoolakshmi Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, our roastery was founded with a singular conviction: to restore the uncompromising freshness and authentic aroma of South Indian filter coffee.
For decades, industrialization replaced freshly milled coffee with stale warehouse powders loaded with excess chicory and artificial aroma enhancers. We rejected that shortcut. Instead, we established direct relationships with trusted plantation growers in Chikmagalur and Coorg, procuring hand-picked Arabica and Robusta green cherries. We roast in slow, temperature-controlled rotating drums and grind each packet fresh on order.
Over the years, our customers requested that same standard of uncompromising purity for their kitchen essentials. In response, we expanded our offerings to include authentic sun-cured Andhra Veg Pickles, stone-ground Traditional Podis, and pure Desi Cow & Buffalo Ghee.
