Authentic Andhra Veg Pickles in Hyderabad
At Sri Lakshmi Coffee Works in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, our passion for tradition extends beyond coffee to time-honoured Andhra culinary treasures. Andhra pickles (Pachadi) are celebrated worldwide for their bold, spicy punch, fragrant spices, and distinctive tangy depth.
We prepare our traditional vegetarian pickles in small batches following heritage culinary techniques. We select raw, sour, unblemished raw mangoes for our signature Avakaya Pachadi, tangy sorrel leaves for iconic Andhra Gongura Pickle, sun-dried lemons for digestive Nimmakaya, and fresh ginger roots for zesty Allam Pachadi. Every jar is cured in pure cold-pressed sesame (gingelly) oil with stone-ground Guntur red chillies, mustard powder, fenugreek, and sea salt — completely free from artificial chemical preservatives, synthetic colors, or vinegar.
