4 Steps to the Perfect "Degree Coffee"
Add Powder & Tamp Lightly
Add 40g of Sri Lakshmi freshly ground powder into the top perforated brass chamber. Lightly press down using the plunger disc.
Pour Boiling Water
Pour 140ml of freshly boiling water over the umbrella plunger disc in a circular swirl. Cover with lid immediately to lock in volatile aromas.
Slow Decoction Drip
Allow 15 to 20 minutes for the thick, dark, fragrant decoction to drip into the bottom vessel.
Froth in Dabara & Pour
Mix 30ml thick decoction with boiling whole milk and sugar. Pour back and forth between Tumbler and Dabara to create iconic rich golden froth!
